Tuesday and Thursday nights Bike Tech Racing has roller workouts at the House of Pain.
They welcome at anytime - come on over to the current HOP - Northstar facility, University Avenue near Perkins, go to the WEST parking lot, enter by the loading dock. Bring a trainer and your bike.
